Aim to lose 1 kilogram per week. It's not much, but it's healthy, it's constant and protects you from frustration.
2. When you can't, take a break
When you're tired, take a break. Nobody holds your gun to your head, so be lenient with yourself. It's okay that sometimes you can't keep up. All you have to do at the moment is enter the "cruising speed", ie maintenance.
So, every time you go through a more difficult period in life, on holidays or vacations I advise you to take a break from losing weight and choose maintenance. In other words, aim to stay at the weight you are at that moment. This does not mean that it is ready: you can give yam in fast food, cakes, juices and heavy foods. But eat in moderation, respecting the principles you have already learned during the weight loss process.

3. Use technology

Even if you're on a diet, you're still human. And maybe you will last a day, two, three, but in the end you will still give in to temptation. So clean your pantry and refrigerator right before you start your diet.
Discard everything that means unhealthy snacks, sweets, juices and replace them with quality food: fresh or frozen vegetables and fruits, lean meat, fish or skim milk.
From my refrigerator, for example, there is never a lack of low-fat yogurt. I turn to him whenever I'm hungry and I need a snack.
5. Buy smart
Don't leave anything out of random meal planning. Thus, you will have in the house only the ingredients you need to respect the plan you have proposed.
Any deviation from the route means extra effort to recover. It's not a tragedy, you can do that too. But if you can avoid it, why bother unnecessarily?
6. Find your supporters
